Description

Business Systems Analysis Responsible for analysis of business needs and requirements to support design and optimal technology solutions improving efficiency and transformation for enterprise strategic and operational portfolios. Provides business support expertise and manages stakeholder groups in support of requirements delivery efforts to identify, interpret and produce business requirements deliverables based on enterprise architecture landscape. Acts as trusted advisor to business stakeholders and groups by providing technical and strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities. Supports the end to end project management life cycle in all phases including people, process and tools for requirements management delivery. Business Systems Analyst - Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. With this knowledge, develops or modifies business requirements. Includes analysis of business and user needs, and revising existing system logic through business requirements. Competent to provide support work in some phases of systems analysis and considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment. Essential Responsibilities: Conducts routine data analysis, needs assessments, and cost/benefit analysis to align information technology solutions with business initiatives. Formulates and defines routine systems scope and objectives through research combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Develops or modify information systems. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements and revising existing systems. Identifies a desired future state that addresses a business problem utilizing multiple analytic methodologies and business process modeling. Conducts research, impact analysis and determine the level of effort to complete requirements elicitation and defining the breakdown of tasks, resource loading, issue tracking and resolution management. Manage requirements and analysis to the smallest set that will provide the biggest impact in advancing business objectives. Support the business through development and support of testing scenarios. Considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment and formulates a recommendation. Designs and develops approaches that are implemented by others. Support quality and continued process improvements for internal and enterprise initiatives. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Generally, requires 5 to 8 years of professional experience directly related to all aspects of the primary product, program or technology. Fully competent professional. Desired project management, business analysis (IIBA), or lean sigma certifications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge in technology platform and application uses and functions. Typically, requires advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project management. Typically, requires a college degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience. Medicare/Medi cal experience preferredPhysical RequirementsOffice Environment - roles involving part to full time schedule in Office Environment. Based in our physical offices and work from home office/deskwork Activity level: Sedentary, frequency most of work day.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
