Program and Project Management, Senior Manager

Description  Reports to the Director, People Strategy andEmployee Relations. This position isresponsible for the annual business andfinancial planningprocesses for the Human Resources / Internal Communications function,reporting on our progress towards our strategic goals through our capital projects,supporting theHR Leadership Team in designing off-sites, meetings and all-hands meetings. Broadsupport to the Chief Human Resources Office and SVP, Internal Communications for Board and enterprise deliverables. This position also manages the non-employee Resource Tracking function, several mid-sized projects, and severalinternal SharePoint sites.Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Business and Financial Planning: Accountability for the function's operational and capitalbudgets andfinancial planning cycles:o Manage, track, andreport on the usage,risk and variances of the operational and strategicbudgets across all cost centers and projects.o Monitor headcount vacancies andwork with theHR Leadership Team and theHR/IC People Managers to understand salary implications tobudget (hiring offers, changes in salary and incentives, etc.). Track andreport on anyrisks and opportunities.o Develop and maintain the dashboards toreport on the health of the strategic projectportfolio. This dashboard should illustrate the impact of the projects on our strategic goals, any identifiedrisks and thefinancial implications, and track capacity and demand. Liaison with our Finance and EPG (Enterprise Portfolio Governance) Teams to deliver a cohesive dashboard.o In conjunction with our Finance partners, manage the quarterly and annual strategic planningprocesses. Human Resources Leadership Team -High Performing Team: Orchestrate the design ofHRLT meetings and off-sites that deliver on agreements, decisions and action items insupport of theHR Leadership Team as a High Performing Team: o Plan agendas, document decisions and agreements and track action items for theHRLT off-sites and meetings.o Continually ensure that our focus on becoming and remaining a High Performing Team is a standing topic forHRLT meeting discussions.o Assist theHRLT to identify connection points for work,processes, talent development, and capabilities.o Creating and managing theHRLT @shield page and/or SharePoint site. Support to the Chief Human Resources Officer, SVP of Internal Communications: Provides broadsupport of the CHRO's work to the Senior Staff, the Board, theHR/IC function and the enterprise:o Synthesize strategic presentations for the Board of Directors and/or Sr. Staff meetings.o Prepare presentations for theHR/IC function that illustrates our current progress toward our strategic goals and also our path forward as we plan for future activities/projects.o Create and maintain calendars thatshare the function's key milestones, important leadership meetings, and other key enterprise milestones that are important to executive leaders Great Place to Work Support for theHR Function: MaintainHR/ICinternal SharePoint site with vital information including:oHR Organizational charts &responsibilitieso CHRO calendaro CEO Direct Reports Calendaro All Hands meeting materialsoHRLT informationo San Francisco & El Dorado Hills seating chartsoHR/IC initiative statusreportso Operating Committee & CEO dashboardso Executive Recruitingbudget tracking documentation Non-Employee Resource Tracking: Oversee non-employeeonboarding and off boarding activities including:o manage timely termination of workers or ensure compliance and timelyonboarding of workers to avoid business interruptiono Work withinternal/external teams to ensure smooth process of up to 5,000contractors and consultants, local andinternationalo Understand BSC core business offerings identifyrisks to business operationso Provide leadership in understanding and translating corporate strategies into programportfolioo Identify and track performance metrics towards meeting the strategic goals and drive out inefficiencieso Work with variousinternal and external stakeholders to continually document and improve the resource tracking process  Qualifications   Minimum Education & Experience Requirements: o Minimum of 5-7 years of people leadership experience o Transformational management of an Finance/HR Shared Services / chief of staff experiencepreferred o 3-5 years of Project Management leadership required, complex HR project driver experiencepreferred (both process and systems projects) o 3-5 years of medium to large size budgetary oversight experiencerequired o Change Management leadership, planning and implementation experiencepreferred o Strong leadership communications, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills (both written and verbal) Bachelor's degreerequired; emphasis on Finance preferred; Masters degreepreferred

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
