Enterprise Architect, Principal

Description  TheEnterprise Architect,Principal is a strategic individual contributor rolereporting to the Director ofEnterprise Architecture. This individual will be a senior member of theEnterprise Architecture organizationresponsible for developing enterprisearchitecture strategy across the company. TheEnterprise Architect,Principal will combine a deep understanding of technology, applications, industry best practices, businessprocesses and architectural patterns to drive business and IT transformation initiatives that meet our enterprise objectives. In this role you will collaborate with business and technology leaders, stakeholders, engineers and analysts to understand strategic business initiatives and develop technical solutions that satisfy those needs. This individual has extensive knowledge in multiple business andarchitecture domains, forward thinking, and well-versed in emerging technologies and trends. He/she must possess the excellent interpersonal skills necessary to articulate the value of a strong enterprisearchitecture function to critical business stakeholders. Distinguishing Characteristics: o Has strong competencies and exhibits strong thought-leadership indigitalarchitecture domain, includingdigital applications, modern web apparchitecture, mobilityarchitecture, cloud-native applicationarchitecture, microservicesarchitecture, integration, and interoperability.o Senior architect who champions and continuously contributes to the advancement of thearchitecture operating model, governance,processes, policies, standards, and framework for theBusiness Architecture capability.o Uses repeatablearchitecture frameworks andprocesses to enable complex cross-functional initiatives related to major business initiatives.oChampions technology optimization and application rationalization strategies. o Develop and maintain strategies and solutions for the enterprise in collaboration with executive leadership across the business and IT.o Championsportfolio to enterprise levelstrategic initiatives across one or more business units.o Thought leadership influences one or more business units and has a tangible impact on the strategic direction of enterprise initiatives.o Possesses the excellent interpersonal skills necessary to articulate the value of a strong enterprisearchitecture function to critical business stakeholders. Responsibilities: o Responsible for the development and maintenance of enterprisearchitectureblueprints that articulate our business strategy, future state business and technologyarchitecture, and multiyear execution roadmap.oMonitors and analyzes industry technology trends to determine their potential impact or application for the organization.o  Provides thought leadership to various stakeholders by analyzing technology, business and operational implications of technologyinvestment decisions. o Collaborates with other architects to create and document standards and patterns that can be leveraged for future re-use, and actively seek opportunities to leverage industry solutions for new business offerings and services.o Develops and maintains the business referencearchitecture which includes the business capability reference model, guiding principles, standards, patterns and usage guidelines.o Create contextual and conceptual models that help document and simplify potentially complex topics.o Serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and business stakeholders in the development of the strategicportfolio or business unit plans.o Provides comprehensive analytical thinking to ensure transformation costs, impact and value are properly understood estimated and controlled across people, process and technology.o Collaborates with customers, vendors, industry consultants and senior company leadership to continuously learn and identify opportunities to advance on our business strategy.o Manages the creation and maintenance of models that identify interdependencies between business units, roles,associated capabilities, and technologies.o Understanding of business process design methods and tools a plus.o Strong situational analysis and decision making abilities.o Ability to tailor communications to the C-suite level.  Qualifications  o 10+ years relevant business and IT experience. o 3+ years in an architect role.                              o 3+ years of experience of working in the healthcare industry. o 3+ years of architecture practice experience. o 3+ years of Cloud architecture experience. o Demonstrated proficiency in understanding enterprise architecture life cycle methodologies. o Interpersonal and leadership skills that demonstrate collaboration, facilitation, negotiation, conflict management and influence. o Experience working in the Healthcare Industry, is preferred.   Education:   BS Degree.  MS or MBA is preferred. 18002E0

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
