Come and help us make health care better for everyone.  Description  This is a great opportunity for an experienced Application Solution Consultant, Tech Lead who will be primarily responsible for developing and maintaining complex technology solutions for the BSC Provider Applications. Responsibilities include interfacing with IT, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure Services, Business and Vendor partners to understand and influence requirements and technical solutions and support of technical solutions built by vendors and BSC. This position will be responsible for understanding and enabling a dynamic, diversified IT team to effectively meet the business demands.   RESPONSIBILITIES:  Lead design and development activities of new applications and/or enhancements to existing applications in Provider area. Provide technical leadership in designing and implementing large-scale, complex enterprise applications requiring high performance and availability. Consults and makes recommendations to management on significant issues. Serves as the key technical support domain leader and interface between IT, Business and Vendors leveraging portfolio application systems.   Qualifications   8+ years of experience in hands-on design, coding, integration, and deployment experience. Strong Technical back ground on Java/J2EE, .Net and webservices. Experience with Oracle & SQL server databases and strong PL/SQL knowledge. Strong ability to analyze business requirements and transform into technical design and system solutions. Experience developing and delivering communications to executive stakeholders. Strong customer inter-facing skills. Strong understanding of software architecture, OO principles and common design patterns. Strong understanding of Agile process and best practices. Demonstrated experienceworking with vendor partners, cross-functional and development. teams in terms of end to end technical delivery. Understanding of code optimization as well as experience in analysis and design. Background in developing complex enterprise systems and successfully collaborating with QA and Product Management teams. Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-directed works with limited management direction and exercises considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of the assignment. Be able to adapt, quick learner, and be able to provide technical expertise across a wide range of technology. Knowledge of Healthcare domain preferably supporting Provider domain, is preferred.  Education: Bachelors in computer science or related field 18002AS

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
