The Director of Professional Practice will be responsible for facilitating the standardization of Nursing Practice and activities. Designs, implements, coordinates and monitors the quality of Nursing Practice that leads to the planning, implementation and evaluation of the necessary steps toward Magnet Hospital Recognition. Such responsibilities encompass not only the nursing department's internal functioning but also how it is integrated into the organization's overall operation. The Director helps to create a professional practice environment and magnet culture that enables the hospital to fulfill its mission, and meet or exceed its goals. Seeks to promote and helps to maintain through interactions with others, a positive professional team oriented and service conscious clinical practice environment. Require Patient Population tab: No Experience Minimum - A minimum of 7 years recent acute care clinical experience. Project management experience desirable. Education Minimum - Masters Degree in Nursing. Special Skills Effective communication, exceptional writing skills, and excellent interpersonal skills a must. Able to work effectively and collaboratively with in a highly complex environment. Able to multitask and manage several simultaneous projects effectively and efficiently. Licensure RN = Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Nevada. Completion of Assaultive Behavior Course within thirty (30) days of hire
This is a market position that will support all three St. Rose facilities, travel between campuses will be required.
QualificationsSix (6) month's experience in an outpatient setting as a Medical Office Receptionist preferred; or an equivalent amount of experience in a high-volume customer service role in another industry/environment; or 6 months experience as a Phone Receptionist or Health Information Associate within Dignity Health Medical Foundation. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills are essential. Keyboarding skills and the ability to utilize computer equipment and software are required as is experience with other types of standard office equipment. Familiarity with an electronic practice management system is preferred. Experience with multi-line phones/ACD phones preferred. Medical terminology preferred. None required for this position

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
