A major Healthcare industry leader headquartered in San Francisco, CA is looking for a candidate to join as a Call Center Customer Service Representative for their team in El dorado Hills, CA.
We are looking for a dynamic candidate that must be a self-starter able to dive in, resolve issues, and achieve results.
Required of the ideal candidate:
o Provide Concierge service to large group clients by resolving member issues o Ability to troubleshoot, research issues and problem solve within tools provided.
o Be liaison between members/providers/Client to resolve member issues o Handle and resolve complex member issues The ideal Call Center Customer Service Representative candidate will have:
o Strong Customer Service skills required.
Call Center exp not necessary; but CS experience requiredo Computer savvy.
Strong navigational skills with MS Word, Excel and especially Outlook o Energetic, enthusiastic and clear speaking voice o HS Diploma required, some college preferred o Ability to multi-task systems, conversations, and troubleshooting simultaneouslyo MUST be available for ANY shift (7 days per week 7am-8pm).
