Job Description:
Responds to and resolves customer inquiries via telephone and correspondence, and resolves claims problems within established production and quality standards. Provide Concierge service to large group clients by resolving member issues. Ability to troubleshoot, research issues and problem solve within tools provided. Be liaison between members/providers/insurer to resolve member issues. Handle and resolve complex member issues
Qualifications:
Strong Customer Service skills required. Call Center experience not necessary; but CS experience required.
Computer savvy. Strong navigational skills with MS Word, Excel and especially Outlook (will be tested before submitting to client)
Energetic, enthusiastic and clear speaking voice
HS Diploma required, some college preferred
Ability to multi-task systems, conversations, and troubleshooting simultaneously
Some knowledge of healthcare strongly preferred in a medical setting
Strong relational skills
Strong desire to make the customer happy
MUST be available for ANY shift (7 days per week 7am-8pm). Non-negotiable
Education:
Must have at least a high school diploma or GED and some college preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
