The IT Quality Engineer, Senior will report to the IT Quality Engineer, Manager.
In this role you will design, develop, and execute automation and manual testing in Integration, Functional and Regression testing team covering QA functions across multiple applications like Facets custom & core configuration, EDI, interfaces.
Your WorkIn this role, you will:
Lead the building of test scenarios and underlying test scripts (Functional, SIT, End-to-End) based on provided requirements/design documentation and business inputAttend requirement sessions and evaluates requirements for testabilityCreate traceability from development hand off through testingParticipate in design sessions to understand implications of design to testing Provide test estimates for large initiatives as requested under guidance of testing leadershipIdentify software vulnerabilities through rigorous testing proceduresDevelop ideas for software testing and the procedures to perform those testsReview software bugs and highlight the areas that are of issueWrite programming codes to improve the automation process of testing softwareCoordinate and manage testing effort between 3rd party vendors, internal IT teams, and Business UnitsMaintain and monitor defect tracking tool (Jira), overseeing identification and problem/defect resolutionEvaluate production readiness of project delivery by validating and documenting the completion of testing and developmentSupport development and implementation of quality assurance standards, processes, and proceduresAnalyze defects and report bugs to the agile teamsPrepare step-by-step test cases with details and execute test cases manually or using automation Your Knowledge and ExperienceRequires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceRequires at least 5 years of prior relevant experienceRequires working knowledge of Agile methodologyRequires prior experience in leading Quality Engineering efforts on a strategic project or a Product teamRequires experience in Salesforce applicationsDesired experience in Java, Python, or Groovy programming languagesRequires working knowledge of databases and proficiency writing SQL queriesRequires experience with test case management tools such as Xray or similar, and set of Atlassian tools such as JiraRequires working knowledge of Linux, Unix, Windows platformDesired experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) via PegaDesired experience in testing Facets core applications, e.

The pay range for this role is:
$ 99000.
00 to $ 148500.
