Summary:
The House Lead is responsible to assist the Administrator with thecoordination of the home so that the residents' health and safety needs aremet.
The House Lead assists to maintain compliance under the California Code ofRegulations (CCR), Title 17 and Title 22 as well as the Lanterman Act (Welfareand Institutions Code).
The House Lead is expected to ensure residents tomaximize independence.
REQUIREMENTS:
Direct Support Professional Certificate Year 1 & Year 2Must have First Aid / CPR and CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention)Must be at least 21 years of ageMust have a California Driver's LicenseCandidate must successfully pass all pre-employment requirements, including but not limited to a background check.
