General Description Responsible for the reception area of the spa.
This includes greeting all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products, booking all appointments, stocking spa marketing materials, checking guests into the computer system and taking payment for services performed.
Responsibilities and Duties Ensure that every guest has a friendly, inviting and memorable experience.
Accurately book, change and cancel spa appointments.
Acknowledge and greet everyone by name who enters and leaves spa facilities Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services facility features and hours of operation.
Handle guests' questions and concerns professional and courteously.
Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked and well-organized work area.
Answers incoming phone calls, listens to our guests' needs to schedule appointments and collect payments for services.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task.
Must possess basic math and money handling skills.
Excellent communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
