Summary Our Real Estate Media Specialists are responsible for the in-field production of our real estate marketing solutions.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to photography, videography, 3D scanning, drone operation, file management, etc.
Media Specialists utilize their creative abilities to ensure client satisfaction while upholding the aesthetic standards and core values of Montram Home Tours.
They are expected to have strong communication skills, be detail obsessive, and excel in time management.
Key Responsibilities Capture professional and appealing photos, videos, drone and 3D tours of properties.
Upload footage after shoots are completed for the day.
Communicate with our Project Management team before, during and after shoots.
Travel to and from shoots in a punctual manner.
Keep your calendar up-to-date for availability and time tracking.
Communicate with clients to clarify and achieve expectations.
Be knowledgeable of service offerings and offer in-field upgrades.
Participate in training and performance reviews.
Maintain gear and tools needed to perform services.
Qualifications and Skills Proven experience as a professional photographer, videographer, drone pilot, and 3D tour operator, preferably in real estate.
Professional etiquette, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills.
Demonstrable portfolio of past work in a similar role.
Extensive knowledge of modern photography, videography, equipment and software.
File management systems experience.
Own professional photography and videography equipment including a camera, wide-angle lens, gimbal, drone, and 3D camera.
Gear may be leased from Montram as needed.
Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
Creativity, problem-solving and decision-making.
FAA Part 107 Certification for commercial drone operation.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to commute up to 2 hours each direction, although most shoots will be more local.
Detail-oriented with a critical eye for aesthetics and presentation.
Work Hours Work hours vary depending on how many shoots are booked.
The average shoot will take 2 hours, and the number of shoots in a day will typically vary from 0-4.
As a contractor, it is up to you to maintain your schedule.
Compensation $100 to $400 per shoot.
Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent 2-5 years of related experience Physical Activities Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.
Adjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions.
Repeating motions that may include the arms, wrists, hand, and/or fingers.
Operating light machinery and/or electronic equipment.
Assessing the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.
