We are a small commercial general contractor with approx.
25 employees.
Responsibilities:
Create, maintain and implement company safety program.
Develop and utilize company IIPP, AHA, APP.
Establish company safety protocols for all employees to follow.
Traveling as necessary to perform all safety duties.
Perform accident investigation and manage worker compensation claims.
Work closely with all employees to ensure a safe working environment.
Monitoring subcontractor activities to maintain a safe working environment.
Create, maintain and General office administration support as needed.
Requirements:
Comprehensive understanding of safety requirements as it relates to the commercial construction industry.
5 years experience in related field.
Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office Suite.
EM-385 certification, desired.
OSHA-30 and OSHA-10 certifications.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
A quick learner.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
A team player with leadership abilities.
