00pm - _ Onsite Training in EL Dorado Hills on Tuesday and Thursday After training (8 weeks) - Work from Home Manage all incoming HR cases, via calls, chat, and service-service requiring significant, HR Generalist knowledge and understanding a wide variety of HR processes, policies, and technical procedures such as questions pertaining to benefits, compensation, wellness programs, year-end performance review, safety, security, and leave of absence Be responsible for managing the cases with the utmost care, quality, and attention to detail, all while providing accurate information while enhancing the employee's experience with HR:
Connect Support daily/weekly operational processes and audits such as (not all inclusive) New Hire Orientation facilitation, Retiree Health processes, HRIS system transactions, Health Sanctions, and Worker's Compensation.
Partner with the various Center of Excellence (COEs) teams to find resolution to HR inquiries/issues that are outside of the scope of support/knowledge base.
Be a team player - work closely with peers on case resolution through thought partnership and guidance.
Qualifications:
1 year of HR Experience Resourceful - self sufficient (efficient) Takes ownership - fails fast and learns fast.
Coachable/Receives feedback well and seeks it as well.
Strong Communicator - verbal and written Analytical/detail-oriented Preferred Skills:
Oracle HCM experience Passion for HR.
Possesses HR knowledge - extending to SHRM CP Strong relationship builder SHRM CP is a nice to have but not required Requirements:
